Anton Group Recruitment Providers

Anton Group

BACKGROUND

A1 Personnel and Anton Group have developed a successful working partnership that began in 2007 when A1 Personnel were given the opportunity to work as a back up supplier to the incumbent agency.  Anton Group had trialled many agencies over the years but had never found any that could cope with high volume demands at short notice, comply with additional pre-screening of workers and offer a cost effective recruitment model.

Anton Group utilises a temporary workforce of between 50-150 workers per day and the incumbent agency had problems with supplying 100% of requirements at peak.  As one of the largest independant printers and print finsihers in the UK it was vital that Anton Group operated at full headcount to meet client SLAs

After sporadic supply A1 Personnel took over full supply of staffing requirements in 2010.  This opportunity arose as A1 Personnel were able to guarantee payment to temporary workers due to our strong financial position.  A1 Personnel had demonstrated a more consistent level of service and lower attrition across our workforce.  Seeing that the additional service that was provided by A1 Personnel was able to offer substantial cost savings to Anton Group we were awarded sole supply status in 2010.
