A1Personnel are currently recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of clients
Overseeing dispatch schedules
Resolving any queries with customers
Building strong business relationships with new and existing clients
Provide program update reports
Assisting other departments and team members when required
Plan and manage from program recovery
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Data entry of orders
Ensuring smooth running of orders from start to finish
Requirements:
Customer Relationship Management / Account Management experience within a manufacturing company
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good organisational skills
IT literate - ideally have used RP systems
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
