​A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Administrator for a 6 month period on behalf of our client based in Littlehampton.

Duties will include:

  • Processing copy invoice requests

  • Invoicing gift cards, monthly fees, BMC charges etc

  • Producing customer statements

  • Intercompany clearing

  • Generating PDF invoices and credits

  • Manual invoices OTC

  • Producing market reports for meetings

  • General data entry

  • Assisting senior accounts team with general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Accounts administrator experience (min 6 months)

  • Flexible to work in a hybrid role

  • Ideally have SAP experience

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Organised

  • Good work ethic


Hours:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 37.5hrs per week

  • Hybrid role
