A1Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assembly Team Leader on behalf of our client based in Rainham.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure team meets daily targets
Organise work orders, making sure customer delivery dates are met
Induct new team members
Monitor the quantity and quality of output from individuals
Provide solutions and recognition where required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ensure compliance with company procedures, making suggestions for improvements
Stock rotation
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience
Good knowledge and experience within an assembly environment
Orgainsed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate
Good team player
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am - 4:30pm
