A1 Personnel are looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator!
Working alongside the Business Development Manager to assist with the following:
- Resourcing potential workers for a fast paced temporary recruitment desk.
- Checking in temps, filling bookings daily and ensuring all clients needs are fulfilled.
- Assisting with the out of hours phone, on a rolling weekly rota
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
- Collating and formatting CV's
- Arranging interviews where necessary
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Working with linked in and job boards
- Good written and verbal English
- Working with in-house database, must have basic IT skills
- Working in a large team environment.
- Bulgarian speaking
- Good level of verbal and written English
- Basic IT skills
Working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday
Starting salary of £9.25p/h whilst temping
