A1Personnel are currently recruiting for an experience Bookkeeper on behalf of our client based in Hackney,
Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily cash flow management
Forecasting incoming and outgoing payments
Monthly payroll management
Support external accountants in preparation of annual accounts
Complete bank reconciliations
Match bank receipts to clients
Maintenance of nominal ledger
Settling supplier invoices
Producing quarterly VAT returns using SAGE - make relevant submissions and payments to HMRC
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a bookkeeper
Ideally have worked with a manufacturing company previously
SAGE experience essential
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
IT literate
Good numeracy
ACCA qualified
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
