A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client based in Rainham.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processing and raising invoices using Sage
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Process accounts receivable and payable
Performing bookkeeping and payroll duties including staff and clients payroll, bank deposits and other payments
Auditing accounting data and generating reports
General data entry and assisting with other duties when required
Requirements:
Must have Sage experience
Excellent numeracy skills
Good communication skills
Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm
