​A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a National Accounts Coordinator in behalf of our well established client based in Basildon.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Growing and developing existing accounts

- Liaising with multiple suppliers

- Producing different quotation

- Maintaining good communication with different departments

- Checking shipping schedules

- Complete new customer account registration forms

- Arranging and approving artwork, barcodes and labelling requirement’s specific to each of your accounts.

- Inputting new orders and stock reservation

- Attend meetings, face to face and online when required

- Building and costing OFD’s

Requirements;

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent Telephone manner

- Professional email writing skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- IT Literate

- Ideally previous experience working with National Accounts

Hours:

- Monday to Friday : 8.30am-5.30pm
