​A1 Personnel are looking for a Customer care Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Grays

Temporary to a permanent position

Duties:

- Provide a great customer experience

- Completing customer orders with managing them effectively,

- Coordinating the schedule for rectifying any defects identified by our customers

- Updating our systems with customer information

- Being responsible for warranty management and its reporting

- Make sure that any replacement parts are ordered

- Ensuring that both our customers and our colleagues are communicated with

- Responsible for raising any customer concerns

- Working hard, growing with our brand and sharing our success

Skills:

- Proven experience of working in a customer-focused environment

- Great customer communication

- Capable of working on your own initiative and as a member of the team

- Good level of IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft packages

- Positive and confident approach to your work

- Able to communicate ideas within a team
