A1 Personnelare currently recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist for a permanent position on behalf of our client based in Beckton.
Duties will include:
Liaising with customers&clients via email and telephone
Processing Spare parts, quotation, repairs, customers returns, complaints and other general admin duties
Coordinating all aspects of customer complaints
Managing projects alongside daily duties through building a global network and influencing stakeholders
Checking stock levels
Liaising with production, stores, packing and shipping departments to ensure customers orders are proceed on time and as required
Liaising with the accounts department to find out if payments has been made for quotations that the code is changed into a firm order
Updating CRM
Creating and producing invoices
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ideally will have customer care experience in a manufacturing or technical organisation
Ability to work well under pressure
Good IT skills
Manufacturing or technical organisation experience
