​A1Personnel are currently recruiting for aCustomer Relationship/Brand Managerfor a permanent position, on behalf of our client based in Hackney.

Duties will include:

  • Development, deployment, analysis and reporting of CRM campaigns

  • Assisting director & senior manager - making sure everything is followed up and completed

  • Overseeing projects from ordering parts to obtaining quotes

  • Researching market prices, brand details and products

  • Speaking with suppliers

  • Overseeing stock

  • General administration

  • Liaising with other departments

  • Attending regular company meetings / booking meetings with suppliers/customers

  • Assisting with national and international product exhibitions

  • Overseeing a small but growing team within the office

Requirements:

  • Ideally will have brand experience (i.e assisted with the development/marketing/sales of specific products)

  • 2-3 years of Customer Relationship Management experience

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Good IT knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A responsible and personable approach

  • Good organisational skills

  • Able to multi-task

  • Excellent work ethic, keen to develop and progress career

Working hours:

Monday - Friday
8am-5pm
