​An exciting opportunity to work within a well established Manufacturing company based in Laindon. 


Duties will include; 


  • Answering inbound telephone calls

  • Advising customers on orders

  • Inputting sales orders

  • Using inhouse system

  • Raising invoices 

  • Checking product codes + invoicing addresses

  • Filing orders

  • Managing the incoming post

  • General assistance around the office


You will require; 


  • Excellent administration skills and experience

  • Good telephone manner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Personable approach

  • Able to work well as a team and manage own tasks 


Hours; 


Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm
Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
