​A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Hackney.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients/customers via telephone and email

  • Processing orders onto in house system

  • Providing quotations

  • Ensuring a smooth running of orders from start to finish

  • Assisting within other areas of the business when required

  • Speaking with high-end companies, ensuring a professional approach at all times

  • Building strong business relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong administration skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • A personable approach

  • Enthusiastic and keen to progress

Hours:

Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
