A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Hackney.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients/customers via telephone and email
Processing orders onto in house system
Providing quotations
Ensuring a smooth running of orders from start to finish
Assisting within other areas of the business when required
Speaking with high-end companies, ensuring a professional approach at all times
Building strong business relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administration skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Enthusiastic and keen to progress
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
