A1 Personnel are looking for an Export Administrator on behalf of our client based in Aylesford. 

Job responsibility 

- Customer order processing using ERP system.

- Stock management for Key account customers

- Despatching order orders from internal and external warehouseouse 

 Invoicing customer’s despatched orders using ERP system 

Booking transport with a number of couriers and hauliers

- Liaising with customers 

- Providing sales managers with sales data

- Preparation for bids and tenders

Job requirements 

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics

- Export experience (Air,Road and Sea freight) 

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support/account management style role

Ability to prioritise

- Ability to work with a high attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong team player

- Experience in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programmes.

- Excellent time management skills
