​A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Administrator on behalf of our client based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with accounts administrative work

  • Generating reports

  • Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve any queries

  • Managing financial transactions e.g cash, credit/debit cards, paypal etc

  • Data entry

Requirements:

  • Strong excel skills

  • Previous administration experience

  • Personable approach

  • Training will be given on SAP finance software

  • Excellent organisational skills

Hours:

Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm
