​A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Administrator on behalf of our client based in Rainham.

Duties&Responsibilities:

•Monitor company orders email inbox, responding and processing orders

•Sending order acknowledgement to clients and providing status updates

•Add new orders to inhouse system - inputting the necessary data

•Generate reports of orders

•File reports

•Liaise with Operations Manager and Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure smooth process of orders

•Opportunity to progress and attend training

Requirements:

•Administration experience essential

•Good communication skills both written and verbal

•IT literate

•Able to adapt and work well under pressure

•Ability to work on your own initiative and follow instructions

•Keen to progress and learn new skills

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm
