An exciting opportunity to join a well established manufacturing company based in Romford. 

Duties will include; 

  • Managing Health & Safety 

  • Carry out training, disciplinaries, performance management and return to works

  • Maintain HR portal + internal systems (to include new starters, leavers, holidays & sickness)

  • Support the recruitment cycle from job posting to interviews

  • Ensure documents are updated

  • General administration

  • Check timesheets weekly and submitting to payroll

  • Support managers & supervisors 

You will require; 

  • Minimum 3 years HR experience 

  • Ideally CIPD level 3 

  • IOSH managing safely level 3 - ideal but not essential

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Good clear communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong numerical skills

  • Self-motivated, team player with a flexible and personable approach

  • Ability to adapt
