An opportunity to become part of an award winning, rapidly expanding Basildon based company.

Duties include:

  • Quoting for clients and agents

  • Preparing and submitting customs entries

  • Monitoring deliveries and advising of changes

  • Liaising with warehouse & clients

  • Arranging releases, BOL lodgement and payment of charges

  • Invoicing jobs in a timely manner

  • Complete customer status reports using excel

You will require:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience of HMRC Entry software, HMRC Tariffs/procedures

  • Knowledge of Port Inventory Control Systems

  • Computer literacy - MS Office

  • Knowledge of cargo wise (preferred but not essential)

Hours - 9am to 5.30pm
