A1 Personnel are looking for a Payroll Administrator.
Duties will include;
- Assisting the payroll team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Entering data onto inhouse system
- Completing candidate compliance checks
- Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and deadlines are adhered to
- Sending invoices to clients
- Maintain accurate records
- Supporting with general administration when required
Requirements;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Work well in a busy environment
- Have experience using CRM systems
- Good Microsoft Office skills
Hours:
- Working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday
- Starting salary of £10.50p/h whilst temping
