A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Receiving Administrator on behalf of our Logistics client based in Rainham.

Duties will include;

  • Receiving inbound goods

  • Inventory control and stock taking

  • Track daily, weekly and monthly usage to meet KPI’s

  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times

  • Adhere to Health Safety procedures

  • Liaise with team leaders

  • Communicating with customers/clients to ensure smooth process

  • Taking orders

  • Raising and processing invoices

  • General data entry and filing

You will require;

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a Logistics environment

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a fast paced environment

  • Strong IT skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good attention to detail

  • Problem solving skills

  • Goods in experience 


Working hours;


- Monday - Friday


- 6am/7am for 8 hours 


- £10.50 p/h


- Temp to perm role
