​An exciting opportunity to work within a well established, friendly, family run business based in Hackney.

Duties will include;

  • Liaising with customers & clients via email and telephone

  • Overseeing projects from ordering parts to obtaining quotes

  • Researching market prices and products

  • Speaking with suppliers

  • Overseeing stock 

  • General administration

  • Answering inbound calls

  • Liaising with other departments


  • Good attention to detail

  • Ideally will have some account management experience

  • Minimum 3 years office management experience 

  • Good IT knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Responsible and personable approach 

Working hours;

Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
