JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and other business materials.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
HOURS
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 1 Day of a weekend once a month.
