JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing administrative support in assisting customers when handling and responding to enquiries, emails, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Managing product availability, co-ordinating with the warehouse for stock levels, ensuring accurate communication to customers

  • Maintaining accurate customer records on databases and spread sheets including tracking preferences, order history, invoices and contact information.

  • Generating sales reports, analysing sales data, and preparing sales forecasts to inform decision making.

  • Providing day to day general administrative support to other departments within the operation. Including filing organising of documents.

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCSEs including English and Mathematics with grade C or Level 4 or above in both.

  • Experience in a Customer service setting.

  • Experience using Microsoft office including excel and CRM systems.

  • Previous or similar experience within an Office or similar environment.

  • Previous experience data entry and reporting.

  • Professional manner and good verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.

HOURS

Monday To Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm. 2-week rolling shift pattern, including every other Sunday working
