JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing administrative support in assisting customers when handling and responding to enquiries, emails, and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
Managing product availability, co-ordinating with the warehouse for stock levels, ensuring accurate communication to customers
Maintaining accurate customer records on databases and spread sheets including tracking preferences, order history, invoices and contact information.
Generating sales reports, analysing sales data, and preparing sales forecasts to inform decision making.
Providing day to day general administrative support to other departments within the operation. Including filing organising of documents.
REQUIREMENTS
GCSEs including English and Mathematics with grade C or Level 4 or above in both.
Experience in a Customer service setting.
Experience using Microsoft office including excel and CRM systems.
Previous or similar experience within an Office or similar environment.
Previous experience data entry and reporting.
Professional manner and good verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
HOURS
Monday To Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm. 2-week rolling shift pattern, including every other Sunday working
