REQUIREMENTS
Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to understand and respond to written English effectively.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools is advantageous.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including one weekend per month.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
HOURS
Monday to Friday, flexible with one weekend required per month (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
