A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for an Estimator for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Billericay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pricing small domestic repairs to a full property refurbishment.

Forming breakdowns of costs and materials.

Sourcing, researching and negotiation of the best prices from suppliers and subcontractors.

Meeting deadlines and targets.

Assisting in forming good relations with clients.

Acting as an ambassador of the business, promoting, and delivering excellence at all times.
