JOB DESCRIPTION


Content Creation:

  • Create engaging content across all channels according to the marketing strategy and calendar, setting KPIs.

  • Develop and manage the influencer program to produce brand-appropriate content.

  • Set guidelines for consistent visuals and content across all channels.

  • Work with the creative team to ensure the right content is captured and delivered.

Management:

  • Ensure the brand is consistently portrayed according to guidelines.

  • Use data and analytics to review and report on marketing activities, assessing performance and finding opportunities.

  • Lead and develop the creative and marketing team of 3.

  • Work with key stakeholders to create and update the marketing strategy, making it relevant for each season.

Brand Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the buying team and partner brands.

  • Negotiate and secure marketing contributions from partner brands and create joint marketing campaigns.

  • Develop a media plan to support partner brands' stories and messages.

  • Use clients social and community space to create engaging events with partner brands.

REQUIREMENTS

About You:

  • Expert at creating campaigns that tell the brand story across all marketing channels.

  • Fashion-focused and in tune with popular culture; skilled at storytelling for diverse audiences.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and effective at executing ideas.

  • Strong communicator with a commercial mindset.

  • Experience in fashion, footwear, or designer brands, adept at collaborating and negotiating with partners.

  • Enthusiastic leader eager to develop creative teams

  • Ambitious and talented, seeking growth in a dynamic business environment

Essential Skills:

  • Must have 1 year of fashion or retail marketing experience

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, and planning.

  • Proven ability to write effectively and use imagery in premium contexts.

  • Strong expertise and experience with current marketing channels: social media influencers, websites, and email.
