A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Colchester.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting installations, repairs, and maintenance of engines above 1Mw at customer sites.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions.

Delivering comprehensive training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products.

Documenting service activities, including reports, logs, and service records, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards.
