Receiving parcels/deliveries

Check delivery quantity against delivery note and sign off relevant delivery documents

Identifying and recording serial numbers to identify parts in a maintenance cycle.

Raising and highlighting any variance between orders and deliveries

Liaison with Customer Support Team on incoming orders

Accurate and timely completion of internal product documentation

Maintain yard and department tidiness

Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.

Liaise with customer to arrange collection times

Arranging / booking deliveries and collections

Performs job duties on various shifts in response to customer needs.
