Our client is expanding and seeking a proactive Maintenance Administrator to join their busy construction company in Essex. You’ll have a can-do attitude, be eager to learn, and work well both independently and in a team. Confidence on the phone and a proactive, sociable approach are key. Experience in repairs/maintenance is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a busy mailbox and respond to queries

• Raise repair orders via a web-based system

• Handle incoming calls and client enquiries

• Allocate engineers based on skills and location

• Issue and monitor jobs with specialist contractors

• General admin duties and job management
