A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for a permanent role on behalf of our client based in Stanford le Hope.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Leading members of staff on shift to ensure safe, efficient and accurate execution of site duties.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Collaborate with Production planning team to develop schedules and allocate resources effectively
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits
Act as appointed fire marshal
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstration of leadership, communication and organisational skills
Aptitude for literacy and numeracy in order to read and understand and then execute instructions as per written works order documentation
Ability to translate written operational instructions to practical execution of plant machinery and equipment
Physical robustness and ability to work on a shift pattern
Positive attitude when presented with issues
Hands-on approach of working with ‘from the front’ management style
Strong working knowledge of the CAF production facility, products, components and manufacturing standards.
HOURS
Monday to Friday - Rotating shifts:
1st week: 6am-2pm
2nd week: 2pm-10pm
3rd week: 10pm-6am
