Job Description
Our client is a well-established subcontract sheet metal manufacturing company supplying high-quality precision-engineered components to a diverse range of industries. Due to continued growth and investment, they are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Quality Inspector to join their dedicated team.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Quality Inspector, Quality Controller, or similar quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience within sheet metal fabrication, precision engineering, or a related industry preferred.
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Experience using inspection and measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection activities.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise and challenge quality concerns when required.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems would be advantageous.
Hours
Flexible 40-hour working week across 4 or 5 days.
