JOB DESCRIPTION
A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Dartford.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Raising sales ledger invoices with strong attention to sales and rate cards rules.
Processing all credit notes and any amendments required to invoices.
Liaising with line managers to resolve sales invoices queries.
Raising of sub contractors and manual invoices.
Providing cover for the purchase ledger team in the absence of a team member.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role or relevant finance experience.
Strong understanding of sales ledger processes and principles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
HOURS
Monday to Friday : 8.30am-5pm
