JOB DESCRIPTION
A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Rayleigh.
Duties will include:
Updating project files to maximise project conversion
Creating quotes based on info provided by sales team using existing templates
Delivering excellent customer service
Creating specifications from templates
Using various software including; Outlook, word, excel, in house finance system and Adobe Editor
Other general admin duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships
Minimum 2 years sales support or similar experience
Ideally have manufacturing / merchant knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Work well as part of a team
Good telephone etiquette
HOURS
Monday to Friday
10am - 2pm
(20 hr week, hours can be flexible)
