Plan workloads and delegate tasks effectively in the Warehouse.

Create work schedules to optimize team productivity.

Schedule routine tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

Communicate goals and deadlines to team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Create a productive work environment for the team, fostering collaboration and motivation.

Ensure productivity targets are met, monitoring performance and implementing corrective measures as needed.

Assist with training employees, providing guidance and support to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Assist with the daily operation of the organization, including coordinating activities and resolving operational issues in the Warehouse.

Track inventory levels and report any issues to Manager/senior Supervisor, ensuring adequate stock availability.

Monitor Health & Safety procedures and protocols, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
