Working alongside the Business Development Manager to assist with the following:

Resourcing potential workers for a fast paced temporary recruitment desk.

Checking in temps, filling bookings daily and ensuring all clients needs are fulfilled.

Assisting with the out of hours phone on a rolling weekly rota

Sourcing and shortlisting quality candidates.

Collating and formatting CV's, which requires good presentation skills.

Arranging interviews where necessary.

Extensive telephone communications.

Working with linked in and job boards and therefore fluent spoken and written english is essential.

Working with in-house database, so all applying must be fully computer literate.

Working in a large team environment.

Working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday.
