This is a permanent position paying £43K - £45K per annum.

As the production manager you will be required to find solutions to customer projects that are built around cost. Joining an existing team of skilled individuals ensuring customer requirements are met.

Duties will include;
• Quality control
• Deadline deliveries
• Production schedules
• MIS system planning
• Labour planning
• Approving outworked elements
• Problem solving

Requirements;
• Knowledge of print and finishing processes
• Production management
• MIS system - Tharstern or similar
• Full UK driving licence
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• IT literate
• Purchasing experience
• Lean manufacturing principles
• Planning/scheduling experience
• Excellent communication skills

Hours;

Monday-Friday
06:00-14:00 & 11:00 - 19:00 (alternating weekly)

This is a temp to perm position paying £9 per hour while temping and up to £23K per annum when permanent.
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Duties will include but not limited to liaising with customers to book deliveries and dealing with incoming trailers.

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading and expanding manufacturing company in Colchester.

This is a permanent position paying £30k-£50k per annum. Main responsibility is to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple projects.

Duties will include;
• Project planning
• Liaising with the design manager, ops manager and production managers
• Determine the resource required to complete projects
• Develop schedules for project
• Determine objectives and measures need to evaluate project applications/completion.
• Select and recruit sub contractors (installation staff)
• General admin duties
• Ensuring smooth running of projects from start to finish
• Monitor/approve budgets
• Make sure all health & safety procedures are adhered
• 70%% on site 30%% office based
Requirements;
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience within construction
• Cladding knowledge is ideal
• QS project management experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to generate effective solutions quickly

Basic hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexibility required)
