An opportunity has arisen to join a specialist Property Bridging team in London, supporting a high-volume caseload of short-term lending and secured property transactions.
This role is suited to a Solicitor with strong property experience in bridging finance who is keen to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You will play a key role in bridging finance matters, working closely with lenders, brokers, and borrowers to ensure transactions are progressed efficiently.
Requirements
NQE - 5 PQE Solicitor with experience in Bridging Finance.
Exposure to bridging finance, secured lending.
Confident managing or supporting a busy caseload
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Good knowledge of AML and compliance frameworks
