Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Civil Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our clients growing disputes team in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload of contentious matters for both individual and corporate clients while developing your technical expertise within a collaborative and supportive office environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision while assisting senior lawyers on more complex, high-value disputes.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
Minimum 2 years' PQE in civil litigation.
Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
