We are seeking a professional and safety-conscious Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver to join our transport team. The Role
As a Class 1 Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous chemicals in bulk tankers throughout the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered on time while adhering to all relevant transport, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport hazardous chemicals in tanker vehicles to customer sites across the UK.
Ensure full compliance with ADR regulations and all transport legislation.
Conduct vehicle and equipment checks before, during, and after journeys.
Maintain accurate driving, delivery, and compliance records.
Adhere to Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations at all times.
Wear and maintain appropriate PPE in accordance with company procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
Communicate effectively with customers, transport planners, and colleagues.
Follow all company Health & Safety, ISO, and operational procedures.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest professional standard.

Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
ADR qualification with Classes 8 & 9 as a minimum.
Previous tanker driving experience.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Clean or near-clean driving licence.
Strong understanding of UK road networks and route planning.
Excellent awareness of transport legislation and compliance requirements.
A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach.
