Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groupage Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established freight forwarding and logistics company based in West Thurrock, Essex.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of groupage freight, loading and unloading trailers, and ensuring all cargo is handled accurately and in line with customer and operational requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Forklift Driver within a freight forwarding, groupage, logistics, or warehouse environment.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
Experience handling groupage, palletised, and general freight.
Knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and freight handling procedures.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
