A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and ambitious law firm in Chelmsford as Head of Litigation.
This is a key leadership appointment for a commercially minded solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE who is looking to take ownership of a growing department, lead a team of legal professionals and play an integral role in the firm's continued success.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.
Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage complex matters independently.
Previous supervisory, management or team leadership experience.
Excellent advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
Strong organisational and case management abilities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A strategic mindset with the ambition to contribute to the firm's long-term growth.
Experience developing and mentoring junior team members.
