Job Description
A leading manufacturing business based in Kildare Town is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.
This is a fully site-based role managing the day-to-day maintenance function across a busy production environment. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 10 engineers, including Mechanical Fitters and Electricians, both qualified and part-qualified.
Requirements
Previous Maintenance Management experience is essential
Manufacturing background preferred, although other industries will be considered
Strong leadership and people management skills
Previous experience working in Ireland is essential
No sponsorship available – candidates must have full working rights
Hours
Monday–Friday | 40 Hours
