Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Polisher on behalf of a well-established Jewellery Manufacturing company based in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled manufacturing team producing premium-quality jewellery for a respected and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Polishing and finishing jewellery components to a high standard.
Working with precious metals including gold, silver, and platinum.
Using polishing motors, mops, compounds, and specialist hand-finishing tools.
Removing surface imperfections and preparing items for final inspection.
Achieving a high-quality finish while maintaining product specifications.
Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
Handling delicate jewellery pieces with precision and care.
Working closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area and adhering to Health & Safety procedures

Requirements
Previous experience as a Metal Polisher within a jewellery manufacturing environment.
Experience polishing precious metal jewellery to a high-quality finish.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
Ability to work accurately with delicate and high-value items.
Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
Reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a skilled production team.
