Polisher/Fettler – Night Shift

What You’ll Do:

As a Polisher/Fettler, you’ll ensure aerospace components meet the highest standards of quality and finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

·         Deburring and removing sharp edges using files, scrapers, and rotary tools.

·         Grinding and polishing steel and aluminum components to exact drawing specifications.

·         Performing light polishing and finishing work on various parts.

·         Conducting visual inspections of completed products.

·         Completing accurate documentation and maintaining records.

·         Working to ISO 50001, 14001, 45001, and 9001 standards.

·         Supporting our Energy team by identifying energy savings opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
