Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Operative to support our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Full training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely
Assemble products or components according to work instructions
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Maintain clean, organised workstations
Follow production schedules and meet output targets
Report issues or defects to supervisors promptly
Assist with material handling and basic warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is helpful but not required
Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good physical fitness for standing, moving, and light to moderate lifting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to safety and consistent work practices
Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.35pm, Friday early finish at 1.10pm
