An established and growing law firm in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied residential property caseload while delivering a high standard of client care.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
Proven ability to independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload.
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Commercially aware with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Experience using conveyancing case management systems and digital property platforms is advantageous.
