Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation based in Tilbury. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements
Managing collections mailbox and queries
Booking collections through the warehouse management system
Running stock reports via WMS
Liaising with hauliers to book job upon completion of picks
Stock movements via WMS
Booking drivers onto site
Working in a paperless environment
Scanning and filing
Process driven individuals who can work in manic environments but stay organised and not lose their cool
Customer facing role
Must be a car driver with own transport due to location
Hours
Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
7:00am – 3:00pm
10:00am – 6:00pm
