Job Description
We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced team, supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include:
Picking and packing orders with accuracy
Booking goods in/out and replenishing stock
Checking orders before dispatch
Using warehouse equipment where required
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
Working as part of a team to meet targets
Requirements
Team player with a proactive approach
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable in a busy environment
Good communication skills
Physically fit (lifting up to 20kg)
Reliable and punctual
Basic IT skills (WMS/FLT licence a bonus)
Warehouse experience helpful but not essential
Able to commute to Southend-on-Sea
Hours
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
