A1 Personnel are partnering with a dynamic construction company delivering projects across Demolition, Enabling, Civil Engineering, Groundworks, and Temporary Works. We’re looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team and develop your skills in managing project costs and contracts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support the QS team in managing project budgets and costs
Prepare valuations, track variations, and help with final accounts
Assist with subcontractor agreements and client communications
Monitor materials, pricing, and project profitability
Learn to manage contracts and post-contract processes
Work closely with site teams to understand the practical side of projects
REQUIREMENTS
5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths; IT, Science, or Design Tech a plus
Studying or recently completed a BTEC, HNC/HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Keen interest in construction and strong numeracy skills
Organised, proactive, and ready to learn
Good communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients and subcontractors
