A1 Personnel are seeking an experienced and motivated Repairs Supervisor to join our client’s team in East London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong trade background who is passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to social housing residents.

You will supervise and support a team of skilled operatives carrying out responsive and void repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The role requires someone proactive, technically confident, and committed to maintaining excellent service and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise a team of multi-trade operatives delivering responsive and void repairs

• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfaction

• Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads to meet KPIs and SLAs

• Accurately scope, price, and record repair works

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to operatives when required

• Liaise effectively with residents, contractors, and internal teams

• Ensure all health & safety and compliance procedures are followed

• Contribute to service improvements and promote a positive, solutions-focused culture
