We are a leading maintenance and repair company delivering high-quality services across London and Essex. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team, working on a diverse range of projects including general maintenance, refurbishment, and repairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including:

• Carpentry (doors, shelving, furniture assembly, repairs)

• Plumbing (tap replacements, minor pipework, toilet/shower repairs)

• Tiling (wall and floor tiling)

• Painting & Decorating (internal/external surfaces, wallpapering, making good)

• Work independently or collaboratively to ensure projects are completed to a high standard

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company van

• Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
